Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct and content

Minors. The Service is strictly reserved for adults. The following are prohibited: any child sexual abuse material, any sexualised depiction of a minor, and any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes, to isolate a minor, or to obtain content, information or a meeting from a minor (grooming).

Sexual violence. The following are strictly prohibited: rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, indecent exposure, and any sexual act obtained through violence, coercion, threat or surprise. Any content or message that describes, offers, solicits, encourages or glorifies such acts is also prohibited, including any proposal of non-consensual sexual acts. The consent of each Member must be freely given and informed, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The following are strictly prohibited: human trafficking in all its forms, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, pimping, prostitution, escort services, paid companionship, sugar dating, and any offer, solicitation or arrangement of a meeting in exchange for payment, a benefit or any form of consideration whatsoever. The recruitment, transport, housing or receiving of persons for such purposes is also prohibited, as is any introduction made on behalf of a third party who would profit from it.

Sexual content and non-consensual content. The Service does not host or allow any sexually explicit content. Nudity, pornography and any depiction of bestiality or incest are prohibited. Also prohibited are the sharing, the threat of sharing and the solicitation of sexual or intimate images or videos without the consent of the person depicted (non-consensual intimate images), as well as the capture of such images without a person's knowledge.

Violence and physical abuse. The following are prohibited: threats, incitement to violence, the glorification or promotion of physical abuse, ill-treatment, torture, terrorism and violent extremism, and any content promoting them.

Harassment, hate and privacy violations. The following are prohibited: harassment in all its forms, blackmail, threats, hate speech and discrimination, in particular on the grounds of origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, religion or membership of a nation or ethnic group. Publishing information that makes it possible to identify or locate a person without their consent (doxxing), in particular their address, telephone number, workplace or personal accounts, is prohibited, as is any stalking or surveillance of a person.

Illegal acts. Any use of the Service for unlawful purposes or to facilitate an offence is prohibited, in particular the sale, offer or promotion of narcotics, weapons, medicines or goods whose trade is regulated or prohibited, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, breach of trust, phishing, and any solicitation of money, request for a transfer or investment proposal addressed to another Member.

Account integrity. The following are prohibited: impersonation of a third party, fake profiles (creating a profile that does not correspond to the registered person), holding multiple accounts, using bots or other automated accounts, attacks on automated data processing systems, and scraping (automated extraction of content).

Reporting

Any Member may report, free of charge, content or conduct that breaches these rules, either from within the Service or by writing to contact@hayatik.fr. Any person, even if not registered, may report content concerning them to the same address. Any breach may result, depending on its seriousness, in the removal of the content, the suspension or the termination of the account. Facts that may constitute a criminal offence are reported to law enforcement and the competent authorities, in particular through the French PHAROS platform, and the corresponding evidence is preserved.
